Since 2001, Jerome has built his career across operations, human resources and administrative management, handling people, teams, departments and business processes across different roles and organizations.
His experience spans operations management, people management, recruitment, workforce development, administrative systems, business processes and team leadership.
Over the years, Jerome has seen firsthand how much time businesses spend on repetitive work: answering the same inquiries, following up prospects, coordinating schedules, processing information, monitoring tasks and managing workflows that still depend heavily on people being available at the right time.

The idea came from a very human problem.
People get tired. People get sick. People have competing priorities. Good employees can be difficult to find, train and retain. At the same time, businesses still need inquiries answered, prospects followed up, schedules coordinated and routine work completed consistently.
That experience became part of the thinking behind RESET84.
