The terms for using the RESET84 website, AI assisted tools and business automation services.
By accessing or using the RESET84 website, interacting with Otto, submitting an inquiry or requesting a call, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A paid client engagement may also be governed by a separate proposal, scope of work or services agreement.
RESET84 helps businesses identify and improve repetitive processes, lead handling, follow up and other workflows through practical systems, automation and AI assisted tools. The website and initial conversations are intended to explore potential opportunities and do not by themselves create a paid client engagement.
Otto uses artificial intelligence to provide preliminary business observations and help identify possible areas for improvement. AI generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional legal, accounting, financial, cybersecurity or other regulated advice. RESET84 validates recommendations before implementation as part of an agreed client engagement.
Business Reset Calls, assessments and preliminary recommendations are intended to help understand your current processes and determine whether RESET84 may be able to help. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time and do not guarantee that a particular system or automation will be suitable until requirements and technical constraints are reviewed.
Implementation work, custom automation, integrations, ongoing support, fees, payment terms, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities and any service specific conditions should be defined in a separate written proposal, scope of work or client agreement. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
RESET84 solutions may depend on third party platforms, APIs, AI providers, messaging services, hosting providers, CRMs or other software. Their availability, pricing, policies and functionality are outside RESET84's control and may change. Clients remain responsible for complying with the terms applicable to their own third party accounts.
You agree to provide accurate information and appropriate access needed for agreed work, maintain the security of your own accounts and credentials, review important business outputs before relying on them, and use implemented systems lawfully and responsibly. Do not provide passwords, OTPs or sensitive credentials through public website forms or Otto.
RESET84 retains rights in its brand, website, original content, methods, templates and reusable know how. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables created for a paid client should be addressed in the applicable proposal or services agreement. Third party software and materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses.
Automation can improve consistency, response times and operational efficiency, but RESET84 does not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, profit, cost savings or any specific business outcome. Results depend on factors including the client's offer, market, traffic, staff, processes, data quality, third party services and implementation.
You may not misuse the website or RESET84 tools, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, interfere with site operation, impersonate others, violate applicable law or use RESET84 services to facilitate fraud, spam, harassment or other unlawful activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RESET84 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the public website or preliminary AI assisted tools. Liability and remedies relating to paid client services may be addressed separately in the applicable client agreement.
