How to request deletion of personal information associated with RESET84 Digital Workforce, Otto, and RESET84 Messenger interactions.
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your interactions with RESET84, including information submitted through Otto, our website inquiry forms, or our Facebook Messenger integration.
Send your request to reset84method@gmail.com with the subject RESET84 Data Deletion Request.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records, such as your name, the email address or mobile number you provided to RESET84, and, if the request concerns Facebook Messenger, the name of the Facebook Page or Messenger conversation involved. Do not send passwords, one time passwords, payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.
After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the relevant RESET84 inquiry or interaction that we are not required to retain. This may include contact details, inquiry information, conversation records and identifiers stored by RESET84 for the purpose of operating or following up on the interaction.
We will acknowledge valid requests and process deletion within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days. We may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to locate or verify the records covered by your request.
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legitimate business recordkeeping. Where appropriate, retained information may be restricted or anonymized rather than kept in an identifiable form.
If you interacted with RESET84 through Facebook Messenger, you may also manage your Facebook permissions and information through your Facebook account settings. Removing access on Facebook does not necessarily delete information previously submitted to RESET84, so use the deletion request process above if you also want RESET84 to delete applicable records held in our systems.
